Catering

A Catering Order is a simple pick-up or delivery of food, with optional setup assistance for an additional fee. It focuses on the food without extra services.

A Full-Service Catering Event includes on-site staff, equipment rentals, place settings (china or disposable), linens, glassware, beverages (including beer and wine), and customized menu selections.

A half pan or half bowl yields 10-15 servings, while a full pan or full bowl yields 25-30 servings. Estimates vary by portion sizes and items.

For standard Catering Orders under $2,000, no deposit is needed.

For Catering orders of $2,000 or more, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.

For Full-Service Events, an initial 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the contract. A second payment of 30% of the remaining balance is charged 30 days before the event. A third payment of 20% of the remaining balance is charged 14 days before the event, or 21 days before for events with china/glassware. For events booked within 30 days, an initial 60% non-refundable deposit applies.

Deposits secure the date and are non-refundable.

For standard Catering Orders, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to pickup/delivery date to avoid full charges; otherwise 100% of the order balance will be assessed.

For Full-Service Events, deposits and payments are non-refundable. Cancel without additional penalty (beyond deposits/payments) up to 30 days prior; less than 30 days incurs 100% of the estimated balance due. Events can be rescheduled if available, with prior payments applied.

We deliver all over Northeast Ohio. Delivery fees are based upon distance and drive time as well as the size of your order. Setup is available for an additional fee.

Yes, we offer several options for dietary requests. Inform us when ordering, and we’ll do our best to make the appropriate accommodations if possible.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). We do not accept Personal Checks or Cash. Payments, excluding required deposits, will be processed the day prior to your order or event.

Corporate charge accounts with detailed billing available per credit approval.

Catering orders must be finalized 24 hours prior. Last-minute adjustments might be able to be accommodated but are not guaranteed.

Full-Service Events, the final menu and guest count is due 14 business days prior to your event (21 days for events with china/glassware).

These items are not included, but may be added to your order for an additional fee. Any rental equipment requires serving staff to be onsite.

Yes, we accept same-day and next-day orders. We recommend 24 hours advance for best selection. Credit Card payment will be required upon placing your order.
