Remove leaves and stems of Cauliflower. Grind Cauliflower in either food processor or food mill to a small rice grain or cous-cous. Measure out 4 cups into mixing bowl, approximately 1 medium size head of Cauliflower. Chop Fresh Rosemary until finely minced, add to Cauliflower. Add Eggs, Seasonings, Cheese and Gluten Free Flour to bowl. Mix together until thoroughly combined. Heat cast iron skillet with cooking oil. Place 1 full cup of mixture into hot cast iron skillet (Can hold your flatbread into any shape you’d like), Brown on one side for 2-3 minutes, then flip and brown the other side. Remove from cast iron skillet and place on half sheet pan. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Use this flatbread to make our following recipes.
