SERVER
JOB SUMMARY – Performs a variety of duties related to dining room service including greeting guests, following steps of service, providing service to guest expectations, clearing and wiping down tables, and resetting tables. Other duties include supporting the other serving staffs’ needs while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. This position is required to assist with customer needs and therefore is expected to deliver a friendly attitude that includes acknowledging the customer and creating an environment that encourages repeat business.
SALAD MAKER
JOB SUMMARY – Performs a variety of duties related to carryout service including accurately and thoroughly reading customer orders, assembling salads to specifications, preparing and restocking various salad type items in coolers, and other items. Other duties include maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. This position may be required to assist with customer orders and therefore is expected to deliver a friendly attitude that includes acknowledging the customer and creating an environment that encourages repeat business.
DISHWASHER
JOB SUMMARY – Performs a variety of duties related to dish room services including scrubbing pots/pans, separating/rinsing/cleaning dishes, performing dish and pot retrievals from the restaurant, kitchen, and party rooms, and maintaining organization in the dish room. Other duties include aiding in private dining room setup and breakdown, off premise catering setup and breakdown, maintaining a clean, safe and sanitized dish room, and adhering to all restaurant and dish room specific practices, rules, and regulations.
PIZZA BUILDER
