Like they do in Italy, we would have our salad
after dinner. Salad was the finishing touch to a wonderful meal. After
three generations of great Italian heritage, our family brings this
unique vinaigrette dressing to your table. May this tradition also be
a reminder of the memorable times in your life. Itís the Italian way!
Balsamic
When our Dad was allowed in the kitchen, we knew our meal would be based around our Balsamic Dressing. From marinating the main course, down to his favorite gourmet salad; mesculum lettuce, roasted red peppers, red onion, chunks of blue cheese with our Balsamic Dressing! This was the finishing touch to a wonderful meal.

Sweet & Tangy
When we were growing up our mom would prepare this cool refreshing salad for us. We now call it the ́Sunshine Saladî! Crisp Romaine lettuce, tossed with thinly sliced scallions, toasted almonds, fresh strawberries, mandarin oranges with our Sweet & Tangy Dressing! This was the finishing touch to a wonderful meal.
