Reservations
Did you ever wonder why so many medium priced restaurants do
not accept reservations? Olive Garden, Outback, Red Lobster, Houlihans,
Fridays,just to name a few. The problem with reservations is: no
shows, late arrivals, and tables sitting empty.
Even though we figure 1 1/2 hours per seating for arties of five
and more, many finish in 45 min. to one hour. The biggest problem
is knowing when to re-book the table.
This is why in order for Stancato's to continue to accept reservations,
we request that for parties of 5 or more, allow your stay to be
a maximum of 1 1/2 hours. As long as everyone is on time you'll
still have time for cocktails, a leisurely dinner and dessert.
There won’t be time for opening presents, looking at family
pictures, or planning your next class reunion, etc. If you want
to celebrate a birthday or have a family get together, request that
your reservation be one of the last for the evening then we don't
need a out-by time.
