Restaurant Kitchen Manager

Performs a variety of duties related to a full-service line kitchen, including accurately and thoroughly reading customer orders, preparing items to specifications and established procedures, maintaining product quality, and efficiently utilizing department labor. Other duties include preparing and restocking various items in coolers/dry storage, prep work, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. This position may be required to assist with customer orders and therefore is expected to deliver a friendly attitude that includes acknowledging the customer and creating an environment that encourages repeat business.

Morning Pronto Prep Cook

Performs a variety of duties related to carryout service including accurately and thoroughly reading customer orders, cutting and boxing pizzas as they are done being cooked in the oven. Preparing Salads, Subs, and other duties including preparing and restocking various topping items in coolers, prep work, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. This position is required to assist with customer orders and therefore is expected to deliver a friendly attitude that includes acknowledging the customer and creating an environment that encourages repeat business.

Banquet Server

Performs a variety of duties related to banquet room service including greeting guests, following steps of service, providing service to guest expectations, clearing, and wiping down tables, and resetting tables. Other duties include supporting the other serving staffs’ needs while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. This position is required to assist with customer needs and therefore is expected to deliver a friendly attitude that includes acknowledging the customer and creating an environment that encourages repeat business.

Restaurant Dining Room Manager

Performs a variety of duties related to dine-in service including providing an exceptional dining experience for each guest. Directing and keeping a steady flow of service to the tables, delegating side work evenly to all the servers, scheduling sufficient staff, and maintaining a mental awareness for customer satisfaction. Effectively and thoroughly manages personnel including adherence to policies and procedures, and motivating employees to ensure a customer friendly workforce that continuously smiles at, acknowledges, and thanks customers. Manager’s time will be split between administrative duties such as answering phones, returning phone calls, booking banquets and catering events, supervision of dining room staff, and closing the dining room.

Performs a variety of duties related to kitchen service including accurately and thoroughly reading customer orders and assembling food items to specification.
