Bar and Beverage Cash Bar Setup A cash bar is available wherein each guest would pay upon ordering a mixed drink, beer, wine or carbonated beverage. The bartender fee is $10.00 per hour with a $40.00 minimum. There is no gratuity charge with a cash bar.
